Why You Should Improve Yourself
Our personality is what speaks about us even before we open our mouth; which is built up by our inner self more than our exterior. Anyone can appear confident by reading the books full of tips to look confident. But if you really want to improve yourself, than you need to believe in yourself. Your doubts and fears can take over you as soon as you give up on them. Try to focus more on things you are good at to overcome fear. benchmarking others to set your standards is not a good idea, instead compare your behavior to theirs, compare outcomes and settle with the better of the two. We tend to underestimate ourselves considering others better and more out-going than us but it is important to know that some people are just better posers than us. What you need to understand is that the only thing they are good at is pretending to be on top of their game.
People appear relaxed and confident by their façade. In crowd or even while sitting idle in a side, they appear very calm. If only you knew what was gong on n their minds, you’d be shocked to see that they are actually insecure about themselves. They would fear people around are starring at them or discussing them and may be making fun of their outfit or their hair or shoes, as if they’ve got nothing better to do. Believe it or not, these people need the most training on how to build self confidence.
Things go wrong when we lose faith in ourselves and consider others perfect. Some one said this for a very good reason “No one is perfect” so always keep this in mind. This should take care of half of your problems that you think only you face.. Be focused on what you have and learnto accept yourself for who you are, most people make the mistake of envying others thinking they have what you don’t possess. This will not only help build self confidence but also let us improve on our own inabilities and lead happier lives.
