Use these Law of Attraction techniques to help you master the power of the universe.
1. Take a moment to breathe and decide what you want out of the Law of Attraction:
If using the Law of Attraction doesn’t come easy for you, try this step first Put down your work no matter what it is, and take a deep breath. Breath in deeply and consciously and figure out what you really want. List out 2-4 things that you know will for sure improve and make your life a happier one. Then visualize it and try to think how wonderful life would be if things worked out as you plan. Next you must practice “Letting Go”. Stay optimistic about everything, avoid the pessimistic attitude that could keep you and everyone else around you down.
2. Allow acceptance :
The art of allowing entails for you let yourself, other peoples and situations to be who and what they are. The following are some examples of accepting come what may.
Accept yourself, including your physical attributes. No matter what your physical features are, find your inner confidence and take pride.

Feeling bad: In order to manifest your desires, be mindful when you’re in a bad mood, it can keep you from living the life you want to live.
Feeling Good: your doings push process forward to what you want.
Make sure your aware when your mind starts to travel in the wrong direction, feeling bad is sign to watch out for, you might be going in the wrong direction. When you start to feel negative, take a deep breath and ask yourself why you feel this way and picture in your mind what life would be like if you were happy .
4. Give yourself a good cry:
When the law of attraction does not work, it’s usually because of our suppressed anger and start to feel hopeless. We tend to bury negative emotions deep inside. Most times, people choose to ignore negative feelings they have festering in their mind and usually with that, it only just gets worse. At times it doesn’t work, so we have to remember that we need to align our thoughts and emotions goals
* Write a Letter: When your heart is sufferings, write a letter to no one in particular Keep writing things making you unhappy until you feel better, even if it’s just a little bit.
* Cry without reservation: You will instantly feel so much better. Find solitude and cry. After you’ve finished, you will feel better.
These suppressed moods are bad for you, and you should clear them all. So just do it, cry aloud, write out your feelings in letter that you have hidden for long. After those toxic feelings are eliminated, you will be clean and happy as you were before, and feel good once again.
