You’ve most likely felt very empowered to make everything you want in life to happen after you’ve watched “The Secret”. It feels as if what you want is right there in front of you. And it inspires you to turn your dreams into a reality! You have every intention to apply the law of attraction into your life. But you realize it’s a lot more challenging than you thought. When times get frustrating , you decide that law of attraction isn’t work for you.
After they saw the movie, many people had a similar experience. Don’t be disheartened. Your way of thinking can’t change overnight. It takes practice to achieve this. Like learning a new language or teaching yourself how to play music, it takes time and practice to do this. It’s hard to be optimistic when you are discouraged. So here are the following tips that could make the law of attraction benefit you, with confidence and finesse (without getting discouraged)..
1. Be able to Receive
If a person came to you and asked you a series of questions one after the other, I’m sure your reaction would be to tell them to slow down and asked them to asked 1 question at a time. Such things happen to the universe and to your mind. If all you do is just ask continuous questions to the universe, it won’t get a chance respond.. Put what you would like out there and allow the universe to give it to you, but of course with the help of being receptive to opportunities that may come your way.
2. Patience and Perseverance
Do not get disappointed whenever your life isn’t going your way. You will end up being negative and that won’t do any good to you. Before you can achieved success, you will encounter defeats and failures in life. When you meet defeat, it’s logical and easy to quit. Right before they are about to win, it’s what most people do. Thomas Edison failed a great deal before he successfully created the light bulb, he failed 10,000 times. If he quit after his 9,999th try, could you imagine what the world would be? “There are no limitations to the mind except those we acknowledge”, this quote by Napoleon Hill is important.. People quit right before they arrive at the finish line, that’s the reason why most people fail. Success is always possible when you refuse to give up, so be patient.
3. Give Thanks
It’s easy to feel fortunate when life is going your way. What do you think you need to do when life gives you lemons? You have to make lemonade! You most likely heard of that saying before. Life is like a roller coaster ride, it has many ups and downs. There’s little difference among happier people verses pessimistic people. Happier folks have their own problems and issues as well, other than their state of mind. The one difference is acknowledgment. People who are happier know what they have in life to be grateful for. Regardless of whether how big it is, gratitude should be about recognizing all the joys you receive in your life. In everything good you deal with be aware of it. The sun shining outside, enabling that you see the vibrant color of flowers, notice that beauty of nature. Notice the people who are in your life right this moment. The person who’s alongside you every night. The gentle touch from the lips against yours when bidding you farewell as you go to work. Notice the atmosphere at work, and the way you’re co-workers good mood affect it. It could help your state of mind to inspire and encourage you to succeed in all of your attempts to be successful with genuine happiness in little things.

how long did it take you to finally master the secret trick to eating corn on the cob?
I finally mastered it about 5-6 years ago. I knew I had done it when I looked at my cob and it was empty. Not a kernel left on it.
