Law of Attraction: The 3 Most common Mistakes (Part I)

Posted on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 in Attraction

Have you tried applying the Law of Attraction and have not seen any results? Are you feeling exasperated, exhausted? Do you suspect “That’s not for me” or “Yes, the Law of Attraction works except for others” or worse “I’m attracting the opposite”. Then I invite you to read this draft that I suspect holds the key to clear your disappointment and change your results.

Many individuals try each day to apply the LOA and by end of the day have a sour taste and say to themselves “It doesn't work for me.” First, let me explain that the Law of Attraction works for everyone and all the time (isn't important if we are mindful of it or not).

Now, if the Law of Attraction (Ley de Atraccion) works, why you've not yet achieved what you want? Or worse, why it is you are enticing quite the reverse? Something is definitely wrong and will be altered.

Here, I leave you a list with some of the most common mistakes we make and that never would bring us closer to our desires:

1st mistake: Anxiety

Most people need many things and want them now, and though the Law of Attraction works fast, there are times (and typically a difficulty of internal dialogue and doubt) things look as if they weren't working, like they were never moving.

And believe it or not, things are happening, they are “brewing”. However what folks usually do? They lose patience, become put off, they begin to say “The Law of Attraction does not work for me” and return everything to nil (or even worse)

So , advice: Do not get deterred. Go forward and have religion and perseverance. Look at others who have achieved what you want to attain, get provoked and away from the bad vibes and negative thoughts. Repeat to yourself “There is no failure, just learning.”

2nd mistake: Doubts

Everyone begins the same way, full of energy and just thinking about what they'd like to attract instead of what they don't want. But , over time that little inner voice (which is silent initially but slowly begins to gain more space) starts to say “This isn't working” or “I don't think we are doing well” , a nd hearing that voice is the worst that might occur, because manifestly hearing it, we ended up doing the wrong thing and having no results.

So what to do when doubts and negative thoughts invade us? The solution is easy, is known as gratitude.

We will not be doleful and thankful at once, or scared and grateful, or depressed and thankful, those emotions just don't mix. So as soon as you sense those “feeling blue moments” coming, jot down a list (psychological, in your telephone or a notebook) of 5, 10, 15 things, people or eventualities in your current life to be thankful for. (And I am not talking just about super important stuff like being alive but also to appreciate those little things that make us happier “that mug of joe in the morning” or “the smile of my child before going to sleep” , etc)

Jim Griffith and Bill Easum draw from decades of personal experience in planting new churches and consulting with supervisors and planters in new church starts. They have condensed their vast experiences down to ten points that account for the great majority of failures among church planters. For each point, the authors provide examples of the particular mistake and ways to avoid it. They speak in special sections to coaches and supervisors, showing them how to work with church planters to avoid the mistakes. The ten mistakes point in most cases to plans made on the basis of past experiences or unrealistic models that do not fit either the particular church planter or the mission field where the church is planned. The church planter must take the initiative to do God’s work as directed by the Holy Spirit, not copy a religious superstar’s methods or approach the work as defined by outside sources.Jim Griffith and Bill Easum draw from decades of personal experience in planting new churches and consulting with supervisors and planters in new church starts.
