Is jewellery becoming too much for you?

Posted on Friday, August 28, 2009 in General Fashion News

Over the past few years jewellery has become more and more fashionable ranging from the simple kind of almost normal everyday silver jewellery to the outrageous love rings that you sometimes see people wearing, but of course the question is there a point in which all of this jewellery becomes to much to wear or look at and instead of looking and feeling good about yourself in actual fact you start to look a bit out of the ordinary.

The major question here is how much is too much and what is the best jewellery to wear in these summer months? Well firstly it is important to know that more than one necklace on at a time is certainly a no go for jewellery wearers. There is quite a simple reason for this and that is that if you have more than one on at a time the attention is forced away just one necklace and put the focus into the two necklaces which isn’t really a good look at all.

It is also important to note that although diamond jewellery may be nice and expensive it sometimes isn’t the best thing to wear out on a daily basis, knowing what jewellery to wear and when is very important as some things are best kept for best and others can in fact be worn whenever you feel like it.

Although it can be argued that a ring is the most important item of jewellery it can also be said that some people wear too many of them. Not just a problem that is exclusive for the ladies as men tend to wear too many gold rings on thier hands. This look is certainly not something you should be going for at all.

Although not going into any real depth there are a few tips on what not to do with jewellery. Whether it be necklaces, rings or anything else make sure you do not go over the top as one ring too many is bound to make you look a bit silly rather than make a difference to your look.
