how to-get luscious lips?

(since my eye makeup’s been irritating my eyes a lot lately, and hopefully the doctor will agree when i go on monday and my mom will hopefully let me take it back), i’ve decided to want to play up my pout. i wanted to know how to get those luscious looking lips that celebs & models have though-so, does anyone have any tips? do i need to exfoliate them? do i need to use certain lip colors or lip products to achieve the look? just wondering-thanks! <3

you can exfoliate with some sugar on a tooth brush you don’t use anymore and just scrub your mouth to get all the dead skin cells out! and you can get a lip plumping gloss make sure they’re moisterized properly and you should get a berry colored lipstick:)
