Hydrogen Peroxide
Hydrogen peroxide is the bleach that is most commonly used. This is the bleaching agent that turns the teeth white. The stronger home kits have between 10-15% making the results a lot quicker. As this is a bleach it can burn if you leave it on the gum so you must always take care.

There are two different kinds of home teeth bleaching kits that you can get. The first is teeth whitening trays. The trays are fitted to the mouth. You then add a portion of the hydrogen peroxide solution and leave on the teeth for about 20 minutes. This is a good method but it can give you burns if your not careful. The second most popular home kit method comes in a pre made solution that you just apply to the teeth with a cotton bud. They both have good results, however the pre made solution is easier to use and there is less chance of burning the gums.

Whitening the teeth can get a little bit addictive once you see how simple it is. You should always look around to see the best deals yourself. You can even get free trials from some companies as they offer promotion which can be a good way to give it a go.

I tryed home teeth bleach kit, and my teeth hurts! (I rinsed like 10times.) Is it common, or shall I stop?

First, never take advice from someone who spells dentures “denchers.”
Now… with that being said. Whiteners are fine, and it is common to have sensitivity. If your teeth are hurting you, just discontinue use for a few days. But, be aware that each time you use your bleach, your teeth will probably hurt. So, use it for a day or two, then rest for a few days. Or… if you’re fine with the color of your teeth and the pain irritates you, just discontinue use. Also, try using a fluoride rinse after you whiten. It may help with your sensitivity. Some fluorides (used in a dental office) actually are used to treat sensitivity…
