For Ethel she knew that getting older would be rough, but she never dreamed that she would start to lose her looks as fast as what she was losing them. However, she knew that she needed to look her age at least. She was only seventy, but people were already guessing her age to be in the eighties because of the looks that she had.

Walking out of her door in the sunny Florida sunshine she knew this would be a hot day again. However, she was not worried about the heat that much because compared to some of the places that she had modeled in the temperature was rather low.

The counselor that she was getting ready to be seen was something that she needed to get ready for. The office that he had was rather close and that meant that she could have the proper help that she needed to start to feel better about her looks and hopefully learn more of the secrets that the older people in this area used.

Sitting down in the chair Ethel started to feel better about where she was. She was in the office that had provided her plenty of comfort in the past. Since she was a previous patient here, she knew that they would not take long before she was back in the office talking to the professional.

Heading into the room she sat down in the chair to talk to the professional. He asked what she needed to have and she explained to him that she wanted to know some of the anti-aging secrets. Going out of the office Ethel was happy with what she had learned. The only problem that she would have was coping with the neck pain that she had. Eating was one of the major changes that she had to make. Once she started to make this change that was required of her, she knew that it was going to be easy to start to enjoy life again.
