When you get out of the shower make sure they are dry, then sit down and hold a blow dryer to them until your nails and every crack and crevice in them is dry. Then use a medicated nail fungus pill or cream. I don’t know which one works best but I know if your feet are dry, the fungus can’t survive. Also if your feet sweat use a powder or deodorant on them during the day when you can’t take your shoes off.
