To call me a disbeliever would be an understatement. I thought all that talk about cosmic ordering was just a bunch of new age bull twang. My daughter finally made me see the light, but it wasn’t easy. One day, though, I saw what I’d been missing: she was happy and I was not. She then became my cosmic ordering guide.

That simple truth made me listen to her just a little bit. She had been my cosmic ordering guide all along, but you can’t guide someone who won’t follow.

Then her infectious love of life finally got to me. I compared her happy, loving, positive spirit with my own cynical character and it hit me that she had something to offer. She hadn’t always been that way. She got pregnant when she was very young and struggled hard trying to make ends meet for years. Then everything magically turned around for her.
